Because of the early September move in date that they needed to keep to, the New Build’s didn’t work.  Unfortunately there where no “Spec” Homes (prebuilt new build homes) that where big enough and at the right price!

Making A Decision

Sometimes you will find the perfect house, but most times not.  So a smart buyer will weigh their options and choose the right house instead of the “perfect” house.

Making An Offer

The waiting is the hardest part.  You have found the house you like, now you hope that someone else hasn’t found it too!

Still Waiting, so now what?  Most buyers are sitting on pin’s and needles waiting for an answer…

Opening Escrow

Now is when it get’s real! your Earnest Money goes to Escrow and the Inspection Period begins.

Inspection Day

Yep, thats right there is an inspection period, usually 10 days long so that you can have a professional or a series of professionals go to the home and check it out… You’re spending all that money, make sure you are getting a home in the kind of condition you are expecting.
